Postulate 4.2.1 SSS (side-side-side) Postulate If the two sides of one triangle are congruent to the sides of another triangle, then the two triangles are congruent. Postulate 4.2.2 SAS (Side-Angle-Side)Postulate If two sides and their included angle in one triangle are congruent to two sides and their included angle in another triangle, then the two triangles are congruent.
Angle Side Angle Postulate; If two angles and their included side in one triangle is congruent to two angles and their included side in another triangle, then the two triangles are congruent.

SAS Theorem
Angle angle side congruence postulate=If two angles and a nonincluded side of one triangle are congruent to the corresponding angles and nonincluded side of another triangle, then the triangles are congruent.
HL Congruence theorem= IF the hypotenuse and a leg of a right triangle are congruent to the hypotenuse and corresponding leg of another right side of another triangle, then the triangles are congruent.
Congruent Figures: have exactly the same size and shape.
When figures are congruent, there is a corresponding (correspond) between their angles and sides.
Third Angle Theorem
If two angles of one triangle are congruent to two angles of another triangle, then the third angles are also congruent.
